Arrival and Departure:
Please plan to arrive and register by 12:30 PM on Sunday, June 21. Programming will begin at 1:00 PM on Sunday and end at 8:30 PM. on Friday, June 26. We strongly encourage participants to stay Friday night and leave on Saturday morning at no additional charge. For those of you who plan to arrive early, the evening of June 20, please make your way to Hoxton House in the center of campus and call Jay Rapp on his cell phone, 202-413-3241 and he will have someone come and meet you and help get you settled. Please plan to arrive before 11:00 PM.
You can pick up registration materials beginning at 10:00 AM. on June 21, in the parlor of Hoxton House.
The nearest airport is Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), located just south of downtown D.C. and north of Alexandria, VA. The school is about a 20 minute taxi ride from that airport. Also within an hour’s travel are Washington Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI). Washington’s Union Station (Amtrak) is approximately 25 minutes away by taxi.
