Q. What is the dress code?
A. Casual. Please keep in mind that weather in the DC area in the summer is generally hot and humid. As mentioned above, the school will be air conditioned so we recommend that you plan to dress for cool meeting rooms and warm outside temperatures. The campus is fairly good size so please bring sensible shoes that are comfortable for walking.
Q. Are meals included?
A. Yes, all meals are included with your registration and snacks and drinks are provided throughout the day.
Q. What should I bring?
A: Many participants bring some of the following: a robe, toiletries, any needed medication (aspirin, allergy medicine, etc.), umbrella, sun screen, water bottle, sun glasses, comfortable shoes, reading light, small fan, and bug spray.
Q. How do I connect to wireless?
A. Use the "ehsguest" network. The username is summerehs and the password is quakerlane.
Q. Where is the fitness center and what are the hours?
A. Doors are located at the back of the Athletic Center. The Fitness Center is open from 5 AM - 9 AM and from 5 PM- 9 PM.
Q. Where should I park?
A. Please do not park in spots labeled "Faculty Parking." Long term parking should be in the FRONT DRIVE field.
Q. When are the entrance gates open?
A. After 6:30 PM the only gate that you are able to enter/exit is 3900 WEST BRADDOCK ROAD aka “Guardhouse Gate”.
