NAIS Strategy Lab: Vision & Strategy Workshop This virtual workshop series will support schools in taking a data-driven approach to plan for the future, uncover roadblocks, and design strategic priorities to distinguish your school’s unique value in an ever changing market. This workshop will give schools a chance to try new frameworks and approaches that buck the trend of traditional strategic-planning processes. This workshop is for schools that are early on in their strategic thinking, and it will provide time to build understanding, shape choices, and gain alignment on their articulated vision. Workshop attendees will leave with a strategic story deck to clearly communicate a possible future direction, and build momentum and buy-in across stakeholders.
