This Innovation Sprint covers NAIS’s Teacher Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) research and leads school teams through a design challenge that turns those insights into action. What current or upcoming programming around recruitment or retention of faculty can you rapidly redesign based on the Teacher Jobs you serve? How might you strengthen and de-risk your design with strong cross-school collaboration and feedback? This is a fast-paced session for teams that are looking to strategize how they find, train, and retain great faculty based on research and innovation protocols. Innovation Sprints are one-day, two-hour team-based events. You can meet on-campus or off, while the NAIS Strategy Lab team facilitates remotely.
