Throughout Miguel’s 25+ year commitment to youth, Miguel has also served in the roles of teacher, health director, associate head of school, facilities and safety manager, basketball coach, camp assistant division leader, paralegal, Court Appointed Special Advocate, NYRR Race Buddy, and non-profit executive director. Miguel is also a certified volunteer Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and an AMGA certified Single Pitch Instructor.
Miguel is an independent school alum who holds a certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford and a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell. Miguel earned his M.A. and Ed.D. degrees from Columbia University.
